Serviceman turned up quickly and on time to fix my leaking washing machine. Established it was a leaky door seal and charged me for the service call. Had to call them a week later to find out where the replacement part was, but they resolved this issue immediately, and I am extremely happy with the outcome. Just wanting to thank Noel, your business and your staff for such a wonderful service this morning.  Noel arrived earlier than expected, was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.  He repaired our dishwasher on the spot, and helped me to arrange for a warranty replacement part on the washing machine.  I look forward to his return in the near future when the warranty service receives authorization and he has the part in stock for replacement.  He left the machine in perfect working order (with cold water) and I am very grateful to be able to do my washing in the meantime!
